Ril Dil BBQ originated in Kankakee, Illinois, near Chicago, with a mission to bring the bold, flavorful taste of Chicago-style BBQ to people across the USA. Our succulent smoked meats, drenched in our rich, Midwest-inspired sauce, will leave your taste buds craving more!
The name Ril Dil is a heartfelt tribute to my late brother, Kelvin “Ril-Dil” Winfield. We first introduced Ril Dil BBQ to Arizona in 2019 at my son's football team potluck with a pan of rib tips, and the rest is history! Join us for an unforgettable BBQ experience that combines tradition, flavor, and a whole lot of love.
